My Approach

1. Discovery

Because most of my work is done behind a screen, I like to start the project off with a video chat. It helps to break the ice and demonstrate my skills before we dive in to the details of your business. I’d like to know your pain points, your current and future goals, and what’s stopping you from attaining them.

As part of the discovery process, you will have the option to purchase a Comprehensive Digital Marketing Assessment which includes an analysis of the state of your business and industry plus effective recommendations you can apply immediately.

2. Project Scope

After the initial consultation and the optional Digital Marketing Assessment, I will prepare a Scope of Work Proposal which includes a general summary of the current situation, a proposed work scope, timeline, and costs.

3. Strategy & Design

If you’ve owned a business for some time, you probably know that consistency is key for sales and marketing success. But it’s easier said than done. In the Strategy and Design stage we set guidelines for both the working relationship and the project timeline. This will ensure we have clear communication, stay on schedule, and don’t get ahead of ourselves in the decision making.

4. Develop & Draft

Depending on the scope and length of your project, this stage can vary from a few days to a few months. I work with a small set of clients at a time to give my full attention to the challenges of each business. All draft work is shared for your review and any modifications are made before launch.

5. Launch & Measure

Next we launch. But the job isn’t finished there. It’s now time to measure the success of our work. Once changes are implemented, it will take time for your website to be indexed and for you to see the results. It’s important to listen to the market by monitoring your website’s behaviors and performance on search engines and other channels to know what’s working and what isn’t. We will track the data to improve ROI, sales, and customer loyalty.

6. Maintain & Improve

Ongoing maintenance and improvements will keep your site relevant and successful. Marketing and digital tools are changing constantly. My proposal will include a fixed number of consulting hours for maintenance after the launch. Or you can choose a monthly maintenance package with a guaranteed number of hours dedicated to your site.
